  1. I sense God calling me to the mission field, I have the what but trying to get the when, and where. I wii pray for the work you are doing. Thank you for walking in your purpose.

    1. Denise,

He IS calling you to the mission field. Continue to listen and be obedient. Begin your mission work right where you are. God is not calling the qualified…he’s calling the willing. Dios Te Bendiga!

  2. I went to Guatemala in 1991 with Medical Ambassadors and have come across your information with the Herman’s links. (My kids went to school with Izzy.)
My daughter is in Belize right now with Laugh Out Loud Ministries-Children’s home. I went to see her in December and have fallen inlove with the Mayan children all over again!

    1. Patti, THANK YOU for checking out our website. Have you been back to Guatemala since? Will you be going to the Herman’s fundraiser on the 13th? It is so beautiful to see our kids serve God by their choice. Peace and Grace to your family.

  3. Hold on. God is faithful. He will carry you through this difficult time.

I feel the Lord is writing a story in the lives of our children…. I suspect it is so “they can own their faith ” too. They’ll have their own story. (I wrote on FB today about my P.A.N.D.A.S. child). From the day our children were born, we prayed that the Lord would “use them in a mighty way”, and that “they would make it HOME”. I think God takes those prayers very seriously…..

It is ok to lean on God. It is ok to silently rely on Him. Thank you for sharing your story with us. It is an honor to pray for your family at such a time as this.

Prayers & blessings to you & yours,

~ Tami, Guy, Sean & Madison Heagney
